I am sure everyone got a strong dose of football today with Superbowl parties going on all over the world. To keep with the football theme I have a few more football posts to share.
So taking pictures of a football game in the stands while trying to dodge fans jumping up and down can be really hard. So just the fact of getting a shot without someone's head or arm in it is a huge success! To make matters worse at the beginning of the game I had just tried a new lens cleaner that didn't get taken completely off so that is why the photos have kind of a foggy look to them. So here are a few of my favorites from the 1st quarter.
As the biggest football game of the year approaches fastly on Sunday I thought I would get into the spirit by posting some of my Notre Dame football pictures. These pictures were taken during the warm-ups. I usually get really excited about the warm-ups because you can get great images as the players run drills and there is nothing in your way of taking a great picture. But this year for senior day they let all the families down on the field so it actually ended up being pretty hard to get anything, but here is what I did get:
We received a call from Faith Bible High School a couple of weeks ago asking to be the photographers of their Winter Formal and we were more then happy to accept. They had their party at McMenamin's Grand Lodge in Forest Grove. We had a blast with the kids and they were a ton of fun! They just kept coming through the line always trying to think of new poses and just being goofy. We love Faith Bible High School and would love to work with them any chance we get. Here are a few of the images we got.
We have always been very blessed as far as rain goes and engagement sessions. So many times it has been pouring when we leave our home and by the time we begin the engagements the sun is out. But as we met Christina and Reuben it was clear that the rain was not going to stop. So we drove to the Pearl District and stayed close to buildings and awnings to try to keep them dry. We had such a great time playing around in the rain and walking the streets of downtown. Christina was super playful and a natural poser who made our jobs very easy. These two love birds are getting married in just over a week from now and we can hardly wait.
